2024 May 3rd : The Taiwanese B Corp community recently hosted APAC B Corp advocates and owners from 11 countries, along with over 300 local SME representatives, to promote “Better Business.”
This initiative focuses on sustainable operations and aims to contribute to our collective future. Events such as the APAC Partner Gathering, visits to Taiwanese B Corps, and the SME ESG forum and exhibition showcased how businesses can be a force for good. The highlight was the “2024 Building Better Business SME ESG Forum” featuring Dr. Christopher Marquis, author of “Better Business” and Sinyi Professor of Chinese Management at Cambridge Judge Business School.
The event also included B Corp representatives from Japan, South Korea, the UK, and Taiwan sharing impactful business models, with representatives from B Lab Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand, B Lab Singapore, B Market Builder SEA, B Lab HK & Macau, and other regions. all working together to advance the B Corp movement and contribute positively to the world.
